We arrange for your donations to be picked up or delivered to the charity of your choice, package up items you choose to "gift" to be shipped/delivered to friends and family members, arrange for all discarded items to be picked up, and prepare your most treasured possessions to be transported to your new home. We arrange for the mover, housekeeper, window cleaner, handyman, and any major repairs (all billed directly to you). At your new home, we unpack your belongings and put them away.

   


     
 

We prepare your home for sale or open house by making sure it is clean, clutter-free, and the furnishings are arranged so the house has an open, free-flowing feeling. This "feeling" encourages prospective buyers to easily imagine themselves and their belongings living there.
